The Challenge
Jama Software was undergoing a shift in business philosophy and realized its legacy brand no longer reflected its evolving vision. While a new logo and foundational brand pillars were created in collaboration with an external agency, the challenge was to activate that identity consistently across all internal and external experiences — and to do it quickly.

The Approach
Working in close partnership with Jama’s internal marketing team, as well as stakeholders from sales, product, UX, and support, we led the rollout of the refreshed brand across all key channels. Our focus was on creating clarity, cohesion, and impact — from whitepapers and event collateral to digital templates and campaigns — all while navigating tight timelines and cross-functional collaboration.

The Outcome
The result was a unified, on-brand experience that introduced Jama’s renewed identity with clarity and confidence. The successful brand activation reinforced the company’s new strategic direction and gave internal teams the tools they needed to keep the brand consistent and compelling moving forward.
